Rates & Insurance

Life can bring struggles and hardships that may be difficult to navigate at times.  Our goal at Calimesa Counseling Center is to provide quality therapeutic services that are not only accessible but affordable.  We believe that everyone can benefit from therapy and charging outrageous prices can hinder the ability for some to receive the help they need and deserve.  Here at Calimesa Counseling Center, we keep rates low and reasonable so that more people can receive the support that we provide and they can benefit from.

Cancellation Policy
We do have a strongly enforced cancellation policy here at Calimesa Counseling Center. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not provided us notification at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $50 no show/late cancelation fee.  We hold this policy due to the high demand needed for therapy within this area.  If we are provided a reasonable amount of time, we are able to offer your appointment time to another person who is also in need of therapy.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
